"Every two years the gallery brings together artists who are passionate about puppetry and audiences who are passionate about the puppet project. Over the years of the Puppet Seasons we have established certain traditions: artists, organisers and spectators participate in choosing the theme of the next exhibition, there is a permanent line-up of participants, as well as work by newcomers, among whom the jury selects the best in the "Debut" category, and each exhibition is decorated by a guest puppet.
This year it was Irina and Egor Linkovy with their project 'Atlantida', Moscow", said Natalia Chalova, curator of the exhibition.
The exhibition is traditionally held in a competition format, with the names of the winners announced at the opening ceremony.
Visitors can vote in the Audience Award category.
The exhibition is open until 14 August.
